You may have already noticed, as it went live earlier this month, we have launched our new website based on MIS’s very own ActiveH Customer Portal (aka TIPS). Thanks to Emerald Design for the new look and feel!

Such is the pace of business life that we’re only just announcing it, but we’re pleased to show off our newly refreshed digital gateway to new services – and thanks to those customers who have already logged in and given great feedback!

The new portal allows customers to log-in and provision services with integration to our in-house Service Desk and RFM (request for maintenance) system for logging, updating and reviewing progress on Service Desk calls and RFM quotations.

You will also find a new page to review all your amendments.

All our customer log-ins are the same – no need to change a thing, but the user experience has been enhanced, the website look and feel is refreshed, clean and easier to read, and we’ve ensured that the site has a mobile responsive skin which looks great on any device - go on just try it.
