Since our previous statement of 13th March, MIS Active Management Systems has implemented the relevant steps in our Business Continuity Plan to transition the whole team to remote working / working from home.

The transition was successfully completed by Friday 20th March, with no lapse in service continuity.

We would like to assure you that your services will continue to be delivered as usual, and you are still able to contact us in the usual ways. We are committed to helping you work through this difficult time, and are available to help you best utilise your ActiveH system to provide much needed additional support to your vulnerable residents.

We are doing our part in the global effort to slow the spread of COVID-19, and have issued advice to all staff members to avoid non-essential travel and contact. Where existing arrangements are in place for MIS-AMS team members to make Customer site visits, the Customer will be contacted to arrange a remote meeting where possible, or make alternative arrangements to ensure the health and safety of all parties.
