MIS Active Management Systems and Incline-IT have been selected to deliver a new hosted housing management platform for Onward Homes across their portfolio of over 35,000 homes. After a competitive tender process, Onward chose the MIS-AMS and Incline-IT solutions for their proven track record and comprehensive capabilities.
The new cloud-based solution will provide Onward colleagues and customers with advanced portals to access information, make service requests, and manage tenancies online. Key features of the platform will include maintenance and field management, rental calculations, document management, self-service portals, workflow automation, analytics, and compliance tracking.

The implementation project will starts this month, 2024, with detailed configuration and data migration activities. The platform is targeted to go live in September 2025.
